Our Services
Railcar Haulage And Storage
We operate two railroads in Saskatchewan - Big Sky Rail (BGS) and Last Mountain Railway (LMR). Our qualified train crews interchange cars to BGS directly from CN’s Saskatoon Yard, while cars to LMR are interchanged by CN at Davidson.
In addition to serving the customers on our line, we offer empty storage solutions for industries such as potash, fertilizer, coal, oil and gas, and others needing a temporary home for their railcars. We have numerous storage locations along our tracks work well for storage cars, both long-term and short-term.

Track Maintenance
We successfully maintain our own 335 miles of track and offer select track maintenance services such as Tie Replacement, Brush Cutting, and Crossing Maintenance or Rehabilitation. Our combination of maintenance equipment and skilled personnel make for a seamless customer experience.

Railcar Repair And Inspection Services
Our efficient, AAR-qualified team of railcar repair technicians can provide inspections and a variety of repair services, including heavy repairs. Our Repair Inspect Paint (RIP) tracks are conveniently located next to our BGS-CN junction at Delisle. Additionally, our repair technicians are fully equipped with Mobile Repair Units and can inspect or repair onsite. We can combine railcar storage with railcar repairs to maximize the use of your fleet’s downtime.

Grain Processing
For years, we have transferred, processed, and exported grain from various collection points across the province.
Our most recent addition is a state-of-the-art, large-scale (and that’s an understatement) facility at Delisle. Standing approximately 140 feet tall, this terminal features a unique design that maximizes the use of gravity to carry the grain through various processes with speed and precision. All grain purchasing is handled by our parent company, AGT Foods.

Locomotive Inspections And Maintenance
We offer locomotive storage, shop repairs, and mobile servicing. Our shop is equipped with an overhead crane, locomotive pit, specialized tools, and experienced mechanics. We are well-versed in many types of periodic inspections required by regulation. We offer 92 Day, Bi-Annual, and Annual Inspections, complete with an electronic documentation for your records.
